She is the BEST and a TOP rated realtor that knows the STR/short term rental market and is honest with her thoughts and recommendations. Our condo was bought in downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama, and we cannot be happier as we look forward to not only renting the condo out, but also enjoying it ourselves. This is the second home I purchased with Amber as my agent. In both experiences she was able to find homes that fit my budget and more importantly needs as an individual. In addition she had several references for securing a mortgage, home owner insurance, pest control and home inspection.
